The HEALWARE Think Tank was a groundbreaking 2 day immersive experience that brought together middle school, high school, college students, and gamers from across the county to imagine and design the future of mental health gaming and apps for CHAMP. The event blended innovation, healing, and youth voice in a way that left a lasting imprint on all who attended.
Participants—referred to as co-creators—collaborated in small groups through a series of creative workshops and hands-on design labs.
Youth developed elevator pitches for new digital wellness tools and game-based interventions, several of which will be further developed and piloted in the CHAMP Mobile Mental Wellness Program.
The HEALWARE Think Tank was more than a planning session—it was a catalyst for possibility. CHAMP is committed to carrying forward the ideas, energy, and voice of these young visionaries as we develop tools that honor their truth and strengthen the mental wellness of their peers.
