EmoCheck is a safe and private space for adults, parents, and youth to check in on their mental and emotional well-being. With just a few quick questions, you can see how you're feeling and whether things like stress, anxiety, or sadness might be affecting you or your loved ones.

These short screenings help you better understand what’s going on but they are not meant to diagnose anything. Think of it like a first step in taking care of your mental health. After you complete a screening, you’ll get a simple summary and suggestions on what to do next, like connecting with a licensed counselor or support services in your area.

At CHAMP, we believe mental health is just as important as physical health and it’s okay to ask for help. EmoCheck is here to help you start the conversation with yourself or someone you care about.

Each assessment only takes a few minutes and gives you a better idea of how your feelings may be impacting your daily life. These tools do not provide a diagnosis, but they can help you decide if it might be time to talk to a licensed professional.
